We only offer full-refunds if you receive a product that differs from description on our website , or is non-functional upon arrival. You have 24 hours after receiving your product to initiate the refund process. Please send us a SMS or E-mail along with your order # and a brief description of the problem. If you want to return your product for any other reasons than the ones mentioned above, you must ship the product back at your own risk to us in original condition within 7 days after delivery. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for such returns.
