How can I track my products?We will send you an email as soon as your order ships! For mail orders we will email you the tracking number.

How do refunds work?We only offer full-refunds if you receive a product that differs from description on our website , or is non-functional upon arrival. You have 24 hours after receiving your product to initiate the refund process. Please send us a SMS or E-mail along with your order # and a brief description of the problem. If you want to return your product for any other reasons than the ones mentioned above, you must ship the product back at your own risk to us in original condition within 7 days after delivery. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for such returns.

Do you provide any warranty?Yes, all of our products are covered under the manufacturers warranty, more information is provided on each Brand’s page, you can access this by clicking on the manufacturers logo under the Brand heading.

Do you negotiate on prices?No. All of our listed prices are fixed, however they are prone to adjustment with the passage of time. But you need not worry, as we will always offer the lowest prices in Pakistan for the best products. In case you do find an item cheaper on another reputable website (Pakistan only), please inform us and we will price match!
